Stay In Your Lane

Envy is resenting the goodness of God in others, while ignoring the blessing I have in my life or your life. That’s why it’s so important we guard our hearts,

Proverbs 4:23 “Guard your heart above all else, because it is the well spring of life.” The condition of our hearts affects everything we do.

Jesus doesn’t want us looking at everyone else, or comparing ourselves to them; stay in your lane and look to Jesus.

Hebrews 12:1,2 “Let us run with endurance the race that God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, on Whom our faith depends from start to finish.” We’re not doing this in our own strength, our faith depends on Jesus.

Where comparison begins, contentment ends … when we look to Jesus, we’re fulfilled in Him and by Him.

Stay in your lane and embrace His love for you… don’t imitate others, He’s made you to be you!
